This nature reserve is best accessed along the Osprey Clearview Townline where it bends to become Eagle Cresent. There is lots of free street parking available and a large sign to indicate the trailhead. The most interesting features are the extensive crevice caves, which can be accessed by taking the left fork of the main loop trail for about 0.5 km until you reach the Standing Rock side trail. The right arm of the main loop also features a lush forest and several lookouts over the surrounding valley. There was a welcome breeze coming off the escarpment which kept the bugs away for the most part, however they can be a pest deeper into the woods. You can combine the various side trails for a longer hike, lots of options here.

Our rental shop offers a full size range of boots, skis, and poles, for both classic skiing and skate skiing. We can outfit any age of skier from 3 years to 103 years.

Great trails for any experience level. The trails are clearly marked, so it is very easy to follow the one you want. There also a lot of shortcuts, so if you suddenly want to switch the trail, there is no problem doing that. And the price is great too! I wish I had discovered it earlier in the season!

Duntroon Cyder House is cidery that grows and produce fine ontario, english and french style ciders. We are located on our family farm which is certified organic where we grow our apples and also have a commercial garlic growing operation. We have a small retail store on-site where you can speak to experts on our ciders and other produce hand crafted on the farm.
