Bluffton is a city in Harrison and Lancaster townships, Wells County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. The population was 9,897 at the 2010 census. The city is the county seat of Wells County.

This area of Wells County was once occupied by the Miami, whose villages flanked the banks of the Wabash river that forms the southern property boundary. The park name is spelled Ouabache and is often pronounced O-ba-chee. Many of the buildings used on this property were built by the CCC workers of the 1930s. We are located near Bluffton, IN. Ouabache Wonderland of Lights from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. beginning Friday, December 1 through December 31st, 2017. The Lodge Recreation Building will be open for year round rentals beginning April 1, 2017. Check out our new photos of the updates to the Lodge Recreation Building including the addition of the new Bridal Suite and Foyer updates. A swim beach will be open this season and open limited hours. Check DNR webpage or FB page for information, or call the park office.
A great state park with a nice lake and a great set of trails to hike. A great place to head to get outdoors but also social distance. The bison exhibit adds some umiqueness to this park.
Rivergreenway Trail Corridor is a paved walking and bicycling trail starting at the east end of East Wabash Street, in the heart of Bluffton, and then running southeast on the banks of the Wabash River on River Road to the White Bridge, a distance of 2 1/4 miles. The state has extended the trail eastward from the bridge, connecting it into Ouabache State Park, where it links into an extensive park
Roush Park, 925 W Silver; is 8 acres in size and located in the southwest part of Bluffton. Facilities include playground equipment, 2 lighted baseball diamonds, 2 lighted softball diamonds, batting cages, picnic areas, 2 pavilions, 2 basketball courts, restrooms. In 2016 a free splash pad and 1/2 mile paved walking trail was installed.
