Museum is ok, explanation about Citadelle ia quite nice (also in English); rest of museum about Corsica history is ok, as some other reviews state a bit random and French only. However, for us, the best part was the ability to walk around the entire Citadelle and see also the old part on top of the hill, with tremendous views of Corte and Corsica. Without that 3-4 stars, with it 5.
