I had the most amazing experience at the Crown spa . I was greeted by Quinn who was very friendly and she took me through to the spa retreat where the decor was opulent and shiny. I felt relaxed the minute I arrived. My therapist was Emily - she was exceptional with her calming quiet manner and massage skills. I had to keep my self from falling to sleep not to miss a minute of the facial and massage. It was by far the best massage I have ever had and I will be booking in again and again.

A great immersive experience. You are completely taken away. Needs really a bit time after to realise that you are back in the real world :). Staff friendly and very helpful. We will come back, already planning to have our son's birthday party there. Loved it.

To whom it may concern ... 31st March was my wife’s birthday and so she decided that she would like to try the buffet at the Atrium for her birthday lunch. We have had good & bad experiences at the Atrium in the past however my Mrs wanted to try again. My wife’s name is Arcy by the way and we have been married for 38 years. We arrived at around 12:15pm. First up we were greeted at the hotel entrance by Ashley. Very friendly man and he assisted us by parking our car in the valet parking section. We then headed to The Atrium. I didn’t get the mans name but he was helpful and friendly. We were shown to our table by Honey ... Honey by name “honey” by nature. Her customer service was superb. Nothing was too much trouble!!! Our lunch was a huge success. The food was hot & delicious. The service from the other staff was also friendly and consistent. The dirty plates were cleaned away VERY QUICKLY. Honey arranged a piece of cake with a candle and it was so much fun. We really enjoyed our birthday lunch and I would like to thank all the Atrium staff ... including Honey for making her day VERY SPECIAL ???????????? Thanks again Kind regards David & Arcy Walpole
