Critterjunkies

Our Dive Center Critterjunkies is located in the bay of Ambon, directly on the waterfront in Laha. Ambon bay is still a secret spot and an outstanding area for muck diving. Three of the best muck dive sites anywhere in the world are immediately in front of our terrace. You only need travel a few minutes from the airport and take a few steps into the water to access a world of rare creatures: rhinopia, frogfish, nudibranch, mimic octopus and more. Ambon is a paradise for lovers of marine life and an Eldorado for underwater photographers. You can find an almost endless number of rare (and sometimes crazy!) animals. Within the Bay, extraordinary dive sites, including wrecks, can be reached in only 3-20 minutes by boat. Night dives are breathtaking; and every dive promises a huge quantity and variety of exciting creatures. Around the island are coral covered caves, reefs and walls full of marine life.
