A visit to the Kaaswaag weighing house and the summer cheese market will take you back to the origin of the world-renowned round cheeses. The Kaaswaag has a permanent exhibition about the art of making cheese. It goes without saying that you can also sample and purchase cheese here. Sorry we are closed from October-March.
