This is a consistently high calibre theatre with original plays that make regional history come to life in compelling and very moving ways. Over recent years we have seen brilliant and poignant plays, with superb acting and sets, about subjects as diverse as the 19th century African American proprietor of the Wilberforce Hotel, PT Barnum, Guy Lombardo, and the bizarre ponzi scheme of the "Pigeon King." Well worth a side trip if you plan to go to the Stratford Festival. Well worth a trip in any event!

Blyth Farm Cheese

We create handcrafted cheese from farm-fresh goat's milk, locally made on our farm in the historic village of Blyth.

Being very sensitive to dairy foods, I am always looking out for sheep or goat cheese. I had purchased a Blyth Farm cheese in a grocery store, and decided to visit the farm itself. They offer tastings of the various cheeses they make, mostly based on the Gouda recipe, including some with flavourings like cumin seed, nettle, garlic, etc. I love the Eweda, and Queen Bee, both creamy sheep versions of gouda cheese. I was able to buy a whole wheel of the Queen Bee cheese, roughly 1.8 kg., and will be able to enjoy this for a while.

This is the one stop shop for fashion shopping. Whether you are looking for men's, women's or children's clothing, shoes or gifts. The Old Mill has it. The service is amazing Amanda and Kaitlyn, to name a few, are so good at offering their expertise. The curb side shopping was phenomenal and easy. Watch a post on Instagram, choose a piece, call in, pay and then pick up. I was able to take care of some birthday shopping easily. It is worth the drive to Blyth!
