We came across this little cafe during a rain storm. It looked like any other greasy spoon from the outside but did the most amazing Thai food. The lady serving/cooking said she was Thai so obvious knew what she was doing. The selection is quite small, about 3 starters and 5 main courses but was plenty enough to choose from as we could anything with King Prawn ,chicken or vegetarianDear Thai Foodie, Thanks for your kind words. We will be adding additional items to the Thai menu soon but if there is anything you would like to see included please let us know. We can make the food as spicy or mild as you like.

The bookshop thing is quite quirky but the food is the reason to come in and does not disappoint. The service is very good. And food delicious. Certainly would revisit if in the old town.

Had a very tasty meal here on a Saturday evening. Service was very friendly and attentive and food was excellent and all cooked to order (can say how spicy you want it). Outside it's not the most appealing-looking place but don't be put off - good inside and well worth a visit. Had a lovely evening and would certainly go back. Need to book though!Thank you very much for your appreciative review. We're delighted you enjoyed your evening with us. As you say, everything is cooked exactly to order and if the dish is a spicy one, we try to adapt the level to your taste. We were a little puzzled that you didn't find the exterior of the restaurant appealing (there are some very out-of-date photos on Trip Advisor!). It's possible that we'd taken down our famous pink parasols when you came and perhaps reduced the lighting. We're sorry if that was the case; but the main thing is that you very much liked the food and service. We hope you'll come again. Best wishes from all of us.
