Tried the "Taverna la Canonica" on a sunny summer night on the beautiful terrace!One of the best meal ever, generous and delicious food.A marvelous hidden pearl at 20 minutes away from Viterbo and 50 minutes away from Rome.My new favorite restaurant!Outstanding and very knowledgeable service from Federico!Thank you very much, can't wait to come back!Amazing!

Despite Google maps on our iPhone misleading us - seems to be common - we did find finally the restaurant, up the hill of the medieval town of Caprarola.Filled by local people, we started with some antipastis and house-made pasta and continued with several sorts of sliced (Argentinian) beef. The food was simply excellent, cooked at the requested point and very tasty.Limited but nice wine list, we had a bottle of Syrah from Lazio, recommended by the waitress. Excellent!Total price for 4 of â¬130 make this place a very good value for price!A restaurant we would recommend!

The food was not the best we had on the lake, although the pizza by the metre was a nice experience. What I loved was the warm atmosphere, complete with blazing fire and the friendliness and kindness of the staff. We returned a number of times.

Se volete mangiarvi un buonissima pizza in un Agriturismo molto accogliente in piena campagna,allora non vi rimane che recarvi se siete nelle zone di Capranica/Sutri da TorreSpadino, una lunga stradina di campagna vi porta all' interno di un locale restaurato che all'epoca forse era una fattoria dove con mangiatoie vi erano delle mucche. Ambiente rustico, ben curato, pulito, caldo e ampio con più locali, abbiamo mangiato tutti una grande e buonissima pizza, magari la prossima volta proviamo piatti tipici. Molto consigliato per famiglie e più coppie.

Manuela is a fantastic cook and she and her daughters Flavia and Roberta and son-in-law Gianluca have created an excellent restaurant of traditional Italian cooking at its best. All ingredients are locally sourced, all the pasta and sweets are home made and all served in the most hospitable and friendly way. The restaurant has its own beach and we spent the most fantastic 15th of August watching the procession on the lake at a long table candle lit table on the beach. Memorable and delicious.
