I came to Clearwater on Spring Break and needed a full service Gym. Don't judge a book by its covers. This gym was a great find. It has everything for a complete workout from Free weights, Machines, Belts, Straps and cardio machines. Juan and Sharon were so helpful and friendly as were the regular gym members. I had a great week of workouts and appreciated starting off every morning with a good lift. The key fob providing access for us early risers was another added benefit. The gym was very clean and had good music which is always a plus. If you need a full service gym - just go! Your body will thank you.

As a woman who loves deep tissue massage and always try to make it clear to the therapists that I'm not a pansy and can handle the pressure, I am difficult to impress when it comes to deep tissue. Cameron was my therapist and not once did I have to ask him to apply more pressure or draw attention to the knots in my neck and shoulders. He applied deep pressure through the entire one hour massage and I liked the more upbeat tempo music that was playing in the background. The woman that had Cameron as a therapist prior to my slot was raving about him as well saying it was in the top two massages she had received (her top being at the Ritz in LA). I will return and ask for Cameron specifically. I also had a facial with Cenna who was remarkably gentle in her extractions and gave a nice shoulder and arm massage while the product was working on my face. My skin remained silky smooth and blemish free for 2 days after the treatment but I felt as if it lifted and firmed as expected. Highly recommend. The steamroom is very nice and keeps a constant stream of steam. The shower experience adds nice variety with a shower set to lights, music, three different shower heads, and a varying temperature therapy option. There is no sauna which would have been nice and no hot tub which was disappointing. However, the staff is very friendly and service minded. The atmosphere and decor also surpassed my expectations and provided a nice ambiance.
