An arts and craft market held at an outdoor park venue. These markets are held each first and third Saturday from Mid-October through March annually. Generally, there will be 20+ vendors selling a variety of items. There is a beer garden with cocktails available. Along with several local restaurants offering food choices. Covid Related Information: As of October 2020 Local City Required Protocols include mandatory face masks for all visitors and vendors. Social distancing for booths and for visitors. Please respect these requirements for visiting the market.

Mermaid's Market is one of my FAVORITE things to do in Rocky Point. October - April each year beginning the 3rd weekend in October and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays after that. Artists, music, food, beer, people watching, Mermaid Margaritas and Bloody Marias. The outdoor Market in the Shrimp Park in town is unique and always fun. The Season Finale the 3rd week of April is nothing less than SPECTACULAR.....Pirates and Mermaids. Lots of costumes and contests.

There are a few nice shops on what is known as the Mexican Rodeo Drive, and this has to be the nicest. High-end resort wear, jewelry, art and accessories. During a recent stay, members of our group visited several times and left some serious $$$ there! Well appointed store, great staff, good pricing.
