Terrible experience
Reviewed By rrohitThis resort was awful for many reasons: 1. Our room had stained sheets and a towel with holes.A discarded sachet of used shampoo was lying in the bathroom. The teacup in our room was cracked, which caused hot tea to spill all over. On pointing some of these issues out, the room service was extremely rude. Not a single apology was offered about any of this. 2. There was a loud party at the resort with music blasting from speakers in the early evening. The receptionist said this was a planned party (why weren't guests notified of this in advance so they could cancel their booking?). Worst of all, the loud music started blasting from the speakers again in the middle of the night at 11pm for a full hour, woke everyone up and was impossible to get any good sleep through the night. Noone was at the reception to address the noise issue in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable. 3. The restaurant and kitchen seemed unhygienic. Restaurant server was rubbing his bare hands over plates before placing them on our table. Take your money elsewhere to have a good stay.
2. Escape Valparai - Deepikas Residence, Sholayar DAM
On a hillside surrounded by fruit trees and tea plantations, this simple, serene resort with views of the Upper Sholayar Dam is 3 km from the edge of the Idamalayar Reserve Forest and 8 km from the NH21 national highway. Unfussy, colourful cottages come with DVD players and TVs (some flat-screens). Upgraded cottages add living rooms, garden sitting areas and/or decks. Room service is available 24/7. Amenities include a shared kitchen, a fire pit and walking trails. Private chefs are available, and there's also an on-call doctor. Guided treks are offered.

Special thanks to Pool attend Mr. Deva, chef Siva, Mr. Vishnu, Mr. Rafeeq, Mr. Sharma. Thoose who are made our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Chef team and F&B team for great good and service. This is place for family, friends and events. Must visit place in Coimbatore.
