ピッツアを食べに行きました。その日は土曜日でしたがお昼時が済んでいて時間外で空いてると思いきや待ってる人が2組いました(14:30頃) 。席空くのを待っている間に次からお客が来ましたがピザ生地がなくなりそうになり後からのお客に足りない事を伝えていました。その後生地が無くなり完売の看板が外に出されそれ見たお客さまは帰って行った。私たちは柚子スカッシュとピザ3種とパスタを頼みました。柚子スカッシュの柚は自家製なんですが甘味を抑えた本物の柚子ですっきりしていて美味しかった。ピザは耳がぶ厚くナポリピザで耳の部分が持て余すほど食べにくいかとかと思いきやもたつかずサッックサクでペロリと食べれちゃうほどでこんなピザは初めてでした。特にアンチョビとにんにくピザはアンチョビよりにんにくの味のほうが強くにんにく好きにはたまらない美味しさです。パスタも濃厚で美味しかった。車でないと行けないとこなのでアルコールは重視してなかったな。全て美味しくリピートしたくなりました。

I've been lunching at Gunge for several years and have watched how the chef has continually improved his pizza and Italian entrees. Each pizza is made on the spot and baked to perfection in his wood oven in just a few minutes. The variety of pizza toppings and combinations is impressive, but my favorite is his five cheese option. Gunge also has a range of coffee's, keeps a stock of craft beers and aperitifs, and has an English menu and English speaking staff.Thank you sir. I hope you’ll enjoy next one too.

播州清水寺参拝の帰りにトリップアドバイザーで検索して立ち寄りました。ところがメニューはピザのみのでパスタは停止中。仕方ないのでサラダ、コーヒーとマルゲリータピザで１６００円を注文美味しいことは美味しいけどヤッパリ、イタリアンではパスタ食べたかった。隣の蕎麦店の回りには異常に車が停まっていました。

ご夫婦お二人できりもりされている、なんとなくほのぼのとするイタリアレストランです。日替わりメニューで供されていて、お伺いした日の日替わりは、海老とズッキーニのパスタ香草パン粉がけで、クレパスを想わせる優しい色遣いのお皿にほっとしました。食後のケーキも甘さ控えめの優しい味でした。
