Modern cuisine and homemade pizzas
Centrally located but tucked away off the main road, La Granja is worth the effort to find. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and the menu is varied, including everything from pizzas (their speciality) to duck to beef cheeks to burgers and a selection of regional dishes. There is something for everyone. The restaurant is family owned and patrons are treated like visiting relatives, with great care and attentiveness. They donât take reservations but during a holiday week, we arrived at 8pm, when they opened, and were immediately seated. Thanks Kevin for choosing La Granja for your meals. It was a pleasure to have you in our house. Hope to see you back soon.
A delicious seleccion of italian cuisine brought to us by the famous chef Andrea Tumbarello and mixed with our best local products.
Drop-dead beautiful hotel, and gorgeous restaurant in the AC Autograph Collection Hotel. Went on a recommendation for fine dining, and encountered a very friendly, very understaffed operation, just one waiter for about 15 occupied tables, who was helpful and accommodating, but just couldn't cover all the bases in anything approaching a timely manner. Clearly not his fault, and he tried, but there was definitely a failure of management, or 2/3's of the staff was out sick. The food was brilliantly plated and presented, but the cuisine was sort of an overblown attempt to be 'creative' with classic Italian cuisine, which came off as sort of not-quite-Italian, and not-quite-anything else. A couple of dishes were hits, but the majority were near misses. Ingredient quality was fresh and good, however, but not a vegetable in sight, or orderable, a big surprise. Prices were extraordinarily high, to be expected in a hotel of this quality, but we were disappointed at the end of the meal.On a positive note, the wine list was the best we saw in Baqueira, very international, but very expensive as well; though local Spanish quality was very affordable, and good.Maybe we'll try it again in a future visit, however didn't return during our trip.

Pizzas, creps and gofres all to wear or take home.
Every year we come back to eat for a few euros with friends and family. Try to modify the ingredients of your pizza ans customize it. It's a take away!
This restaurant shares a space in the Hotel Val de Neu with El bosque restaurant. Atmosphere is nice but dark. Food is unmemorable. My pasta was very plain, seemed like a child's portion although it wasn't. My wife's salmon was nothing special. Starting salads are dinner size so we didn't finish them. They were very fresh and the best part of the meal. The wine list is not as extensive as you might excpect for a restaurant in a 5 star hotel. The best part of the Experience was the service. Our waitress was very attentive as was the entire staff of the hotel. I thought k that for the prices charged, this meal was a disappointment.
