Originally settled in the 1830s, Bellevue was incorporated in 1855 and is the oldest continuous town in Nebraska. The Nebraska State Legislature has credited the town as being the second oldest settlement in Nebraska. It was once the seat of government in Nebraska.

Don't judge a restaurant for its lack of modern decorations, fancy menu, or appearance. It's the food and service that makes the difference. Roma offers classic Italian entrees, fantastic yeast knotted rolls, authentic Italian sauce, affordable prices, and large portions. The Chicken Parmesan was right on. Lots of sauce, not Ragu or Presto!! I have not eaten this kind of sauce in an Italian restaurant other than in Italy. Wait staff were friendly and helpful, whotried to keep up with full tables. Boxes for take home are available, and unless you over eat, you will need or ratherwant to take home the left overs. My only surprise was the Italian House dressing was tomato based versus the often creamy or clear oil with vinegar & spices.

We were looking for a peaceful but tasty restaurant to have dinner and discuss some family business. Luigi's was perfect ..... Several tables were full but it was quiet enough to talk without raising voices. And the food was well prepared. I had the Chicken Alfredo and my son had the seafood linguini.

Although you order at a counter, they bring your order out to you - in real dishes. Food is fresh-tasting, hot, and can be made to your liking (no onions, substitutions allowed), and all the fresh-from-the-oven garlic breadsticks you like! The employees are friendly and eager to please!

There's bound to be a pizza here that you've dreamed about, but figured no one made. So many different combinations - so many flavors. We've had four or five different combinations. Don't see what you want - ask and see what you can work out with the staff. Right now our favorite is the Asian Heat.

They didn't have a bar when we visited, and that would have made it perfect since a cold beer would have been good with the pizza. It just seems like there is so many good places to go for pizza how can we support another, but we can at Frank's because the pizza is delicious. The breadsticks are great too. I did not order the salad, but I was sad I didn't as it looked freshly made.
