Reviewed By steve qQuixada is one of most famous paragliding locations in the world, and Pedra dos Ventos Resort is the "Go To" place to stay. Good, reliable accomodation (en suite, air con, well serviced) excellent brreakfast, and very satisfyng evening meals (for flyers that are back in time!), all at very a reasonable price. For flyers, the owner is a local expert, and can arrange further support (including the launch assistants that are vital here),. The hotel has its own launch ramps, although serious XC flyers will tend to use an alternative a short distance away, that alows an earlier start time.

Reviewed By ESNVThis hotel was one of the worst one´s in my life. There was no phone in the bedroom, no hot water, full of buds. Even the person who cleaned the room asked me if it was necessary to clean my room! At least the boys of the reception were nice!
