Reviewed By BusinessovernightWe usually stay over for business. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are good and clean. Breakfast is always great. This time it was different though. I forgot items in the cupboard and when I got home I realized it and phoned the Lodge. They first couldn't find anything but then phoned back and said they found a top but it was booked into another rooms locker. Which tells me someone was trying to disguise that it was actually from our room. There are still missing items and the problem is not resolved. I don't trust staying there anymore.

Reviewed By Thuso26580We were book 3 nights and hotel presented us one menu for 4 days the food was not appetizing (we had not option as they were forcing us to eat same thing everyday , lunch ,dinner was same thing , staff is very rude . As you enter the main entrance theres bad smell , we had to remind house keeping to make-up our rooms .

Reviewed By leerintveld01The accommodation was overbooked. We were standing at the airport late at night and they told us over the phone they had no room for us. No apologies and didn’t receive my money back to this day (3 weeks later). Never stay here
