I have visited Goaâs arc several times at their previous location & always found it a great evening out with great food. Their new location makes that even better. Not only is it easier to get to, the food remains consistently excellent & their cocktail menu is fantastic!! Already visited twice this trip and willDefinitely be back! We heard about this restaurant from a family friend and decided to check it out. We were not disappointed. We were greeted immediately and shown to our table. The staff were very attentive. I ordered Beef Wellington and my husband a pork chop. An apperitive was brought to our table.The food took about 20 minutes to arrive but was worth waiting for. The presentation was perfect and the taste was just what I had hoped for.For desert I chose Pavlova.Thank you Gwen for your wonderful review. We are glad you enjoyed the meal and service and had a memorable experience at Amavi. We ordered veg lasagna and mama mia pasta and was delicious. The owner was constantly making sure we were pleased with the food and service. We enjoyed a nice evening with friends. WE stayed at the Resort 6 nights and ate here about 4. We found the food very tasty on western dishes and never tried Indian, having been in India three weeks already. The menu is a little restricted but I would rather a restricted menu than food not up to scratch.As my wife was sick we did not venture out much and when I did try, a number of restaurants recommended on trip advisor were shut for the off season.With the resort attached I suspect this is open all year round and has live music Tues and Thurs.Staff were quite professional and helpful.Greetings baj2300,Thank you for taking the time to review us and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed dining at Kapriz. Beautiful restaurant set away from the hustle and bustle of Baga. The venue overlooks the palm trees and river which compliments its jungle vibe. The food was outstanding, cannot recommend the sushi enough! We also had the mezze, calamari and pork bruschetta which were all amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive but certainly not too in your face. Highlight of the night was definitely the live music which was incredible.Absolutely worth making the trip to visit this place, would go back in a heartbeat.
