I have used Indego for the past few years now, extremely convenient and such a fun way to get around the city. I signed up for a monthly pass and didn't realize that it automatically renewed and I wasn't using it because I moved out of the city.. however I called customer service to cancel my account and they refunded me for the 2 months without any hesitation. Great customer service, nice and easy way to get around the city, and the bikes are usually in excellent shape!
