It was a surreal experience to walk along the pathway that led to L.M. Montgomery's final resting place and to hear the waves from the nearby ocean that was so dear to her. Having read her journals, it was obvious that PEI held her heart, despite her time in Ontario. Definitely a stop along the tour for any true Anne-fan to place respect the woman whose creativity imagined the character we all know and love.
