I came here by Batam fast ferry from the Harbourfront terminal Singapore. It takes 45 minutes to came here from Harbourfront. This ferry terminal was quiet when we came here on weekdays so the the immigration process was very fast. It's good that we don't have to pay for a visa now for Australians to go to Indonesia.

Location is very convenient to reach other places duch is walking distance only to Mega Mall where many shops and eatery places. I always like Batam Centre for my embark snd disembarking place.

This terminal pretty much serves a few resorts in the Nongsa area, so it's just a few ferries from Tanah Merah everyday. There was no crowd, no line up at immigration, and no trouble at all. Really the best way to get to Batam in my opinion.
