We stopped in last night for pick up. We hadn't been here yet although we have been living in Holden a while. Stepped into the dining room and was pleasantly surprised. Looks like it has been remodeled lately. It was clean and had plenty of tables for dine in. They serve Beer, wine & take credit cards. I got the Hawaiian pizza with onions and my boyfriend got a steak and cheese sub. We both really enjoyed our food, ingredients were fresh and everything was just as expected. The crust was crunchy and delicious after I got it home. Love that we can get small pizzas so we are both able to get what we want. They deliver on orders of $25 or more, so I think we will be ordering delivery too. Happy that we tried it out.

I hardly ever stop anywhere for sandwiches or subs but since I had a coupon for any 6 inch for $3 and it was late I decided to use it. Wait staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions about different sandwiches and I had some choices as to what could go on my sandwich. The waitress made sure that the coupon could be used for any 6 inch and that there were no restrictions on it before she prepared my sandwich which I appreciated. When it came time to pay, the man at the register started to say that there were limitations, she explained that there were not, he read the fine print on the coupon and was fine with it. He was nice and displayed no attitude. The sandwich was fine but nothing special. I would return because they were friendly, but only with a coupon.

Read an article that George's Coney Island just marked its 100th birthday. Any place in business that long must be doing something right so I paid a trip. The dogs were great and very reasonably priced, $1.75. I had one dog slathered with mustard, onions and relish. I went back to buy another. The counter person asked if I wanted to try their chili topping. Hesitantly I said yes. Wow, I'm I did. Great taste. If you're in the Worcester area this is a nice blast from the past with very reasonably priced "comfort" dogs.

When we moved to the area, we needed to find a new favorite pizza place. After several good, bad, and in-betweens, we found Burncoat Pizza. We are now loyal to them. The pizza is good, not greasy, and the subs are excellent. We always get a salad to go with our pizza, and they never disappoint. (This is a takeout place, though there are some seats. We always bring ours home.)
