Reviews on Chinese food in Reno, Nevada, United States. Nevada's "other" gambling and resort town, Reno is located in the western part of the state near the California border. What the city lacks in glitz or reputation it more than makes up for in attractions and amenities. There are first-rate hotels, golf courses and casinos to rival its southern counterpart and, also like Las Vegas, Reno has become a popular destination for families. Galena Creek Park offers nature trails that even young children can navigate, plus organized educational events for families.

Parking good, lighting outside a bit dark. The property is clean. Reception was courteous. Menu is varied. Food had great flavor and was very fresh. Service was stellar. Portions were generous. Pricing was a bit high. Solid

Savor delicacies of Asia under the guidance of Master Asian Chef Benny Tsang at CHI in the Peppermill Reno. Experience our Peking Duck or delight in seafood from our live aquatic tanks. Sample noodle dishes and an array of appetizing platters.
One notch above most Chinese Restaurants. I recommend the Coconut Shrimp. They had a white cake for desert that was Great !

Another great experience at this restaurant @ The Grand Sierra Resort. Once again the wife and I ordered the all you can eat sushi. Great service at a very reasonable price. Very fresh and flavorful.

This is an interesting restaurant that serves bowls traditional Japanese and traditional Chinese food. Those are actually quite good. The restaurant has undergone some managerial changes and now is really back up to par. Their sushi and sashimi are among the best in town, many of their Chinese dishes are very tasteful. Good price for quality served.

I'm so grateful this is not another generic Chinese restaurant; it doesn't have lanterns or dragons, just good food. Everything is homemade and piping hot. Lots of daily specials with seasonal accents. The spicy dishes are quite tame, next time I would order them "extra spicy." The waitress was bossy, in a very cute way, she told us what to order, and she was right.
