We were invited by family, living in the area. The restaurant was unknown to all of us. What a pleasant surprise ! Just everything was as one should require. The welcome, the service ( all ), the food, the setting and even the prices are definitely first class.We reckon that the reason why the place was not totally booked out, is that the location is rather hard to find. With this all over quality standards, it will not remain " hidden " very much longer.

The interior is a bit cold and lacking atmosphere. There is plenty of fresh food, but preparation is what it is, The concept of putting in a wok what you bring from the buffet is limited in terms of sophistication. The teriyaki plate provides another option to grill a variety of meat, fish or seafood. There is also a prepared food buffet, but again, rather bland preparation. This is more about quantity than about fine taste, and good for family outings as everybody can find something he or she likes, and also for children there is always something they will like. Not to speak of the extensive dessert buffet which can seduce even a hardcore weight watcher. The place is full on Sundays. The price is high in terms of taste, perhaps justifiable in terms of quantity.

De Lange Muur is al jaren een begrip in Haacht. Heel lekkere Aziatische (vooral Chinese) keuken. Je belt en ongeveer een kwartiertje later kan je alles netjes gaan afhalen.Alles is netjes klaargemaakt en is heel lekker.Best op voorhand even al je rekening maken want die durft soms al eens niet te kloppen, met een "so solly" tot gevolg.

I don't understand why this place gets bad reviews. It's masked as a standard Chinese restaurant, but they're certainly more than that on the inside.The service was friendly and quick. The food tasted great and it didn't take long to get it served.With their "Bami Goreng Hong Kong Garden", they've managed to make an ordinarily plain dish into a delicious and varied serving.I'll be coming back for sure
