We have been travelling for 3 months and tonightâs food experience was the best yet! The chef is only 21 and yet understands and uses flavours in exciting and innovative ways. The tasting menu was so delicious and it was great to see local and traditionalIngredients being used. Israel - at the front of house has great English and explained all the dishes and ingredients, and even divulged how they make the surprise desert! Food is beautifully presented and great value. I donât eat meat and they happily swapped the pork dish for a delicious Ceviche. We were fortunate to have lovely customers in the restaurant too, and chatted all evening whilst Israel looked after us all. You must go and check out their food and stylish restaurant when in Uyuni!

Wir waren circa 4 Stunden dort. Free Wifi, super leckere Frappes!! :-))Wir haben uns eine Pizza geteilt und die wurde direkt frisch gemacht und war preislich echt gut. Viel günstiger als die Touri-Meile und netter Service!

We stopped in as they were advertising real capuccino's and it is excellent. They also have fresh juices and fresh made to order pizza's. The free wifi was great to pass the couple that we had before leaving for the airport. It wasn't overrun by backpackers getting drunk which was a huge attraction for us.

So discussing. Flies around us. And even on my food!!!!! Itâs not the cheapest place. But the environment is horrible!!! We were here for breakfast and wait for the full day tour.
