Woodgate Beach

Reviewed By MarleneBlundell - Golden Beach, Australia

The beach at Woodgate is pristine! The sand is white, the sea is so blue and at times you can be the only people there. There is a lovely flat walking track along the foreshore with entry points to the beach, lots of seats and some bbqs and toilets strategically placed. If you want somewhere to breathe again and enjoy peace and the beauty of nature Woodgate beach is it. We will return.

Yeppoon Main Beach

Reviewed By aarondT2392DG - Mackay, Australia

Very nice relaxed beach. Lots of space and freedom for all at low tide. Very picturesque location. Kids had a blast running around and throwing the ball while the wife and I lapped up some sun.

Farnborough Beach

Reviewed By Kyeemah - Queensland, Australia

No crowds, miles of beach combing, swimming, fishing, walking the dog, riding the horse or building sandcastles with the kids. The beach is only 10 - 15 minutes north of Yeppoon and really safe to swim at. You can park your car at the top or drive down the ramp and head north in your 4 wheel drive.

Agnes Water Main Beach

Agnes Water Main Beach is a patrolled surf beach (life guards on duty at certain times.) The beach stretches all the way to Seventeen Seventy headland – about 6kms. Great surf for longboards with the best wave being at the Point. Surfing lessons and surf board hire are available from local businesses. Camping and accommodation are available on and near the beach.

Reviewed By CodyMav - Gold Coast, Australia

A crowded carpark next to amenities is the public entrance to Agnes Waters Beach. The carpark is adjacent what appears to be a large very appealing camping ground, so clearly the campers would enjoy this direct beach access. Agnes Water Beach stretches to the Town of 1770 in the north, provides a bit of surf, and looks brilliant. Easy to see why the camping ground is so popular
