Got some take away from here because it was the first sushi place I seen when I got off the bus at the central station.It was very well priced with a wide range of flavours to choose from. Very tasty and I didn't have to wait long until my food was ready. Would recommend this place if you like sushi and even if you don't you should always try something new, these guys are doing a good job!Thank you so much for your review, we hope to see you again soon!

Ming Restaurant is a well-established Chinese restaurant on the Northern end of Lillehammers main road with many years of happy customers behind it. A balance of experienced quality service and a high quality kitchen make every visit both highly enjoyable

My experience after one visit here is that the restaurant is one level up compared to most other Chinese restaurants. The waiter gave us excellent service, the restaurant gave a luxurious impression (also at the toilet), and - most of all - the food was very good. I have never in my life been served fresh bamboo shots - other restaurants serve canned bamboo shots. The prices are not one level up, so this is a little pearl in Lillehammer. Thumbs up!

Incidentally passing Lillehammer, we were pleasantly surprised by this Chinese restaurant that offered genuine and deliciously prepared Chinese dishes. The service was professional and very friendly and we enjoyed the pleasant ambiance sitting outside on the mosquito-free terrace. We all four recommend this pleasant restaurant.

Plastic pre-fab, un-genuine "vietnamese" food.Takes very long time from order to food serve so it's not recommended to family with kids.The only waitress was nice but very busy so she was very un-accessable.

Crazy SiLLy expensive. Fish mediocre. Service is horrible. Restaurant empty 3 other tables and nobody to wait on you. Ordered soup that was mediocre, no flavor and mostly noodles, very little meat. . Friends had chicken and rice. The rice was horrible and tasted like chinese fried rice with ketchup. Chicken was overcooked and dry leathery. Fish quality i would give a 4. Tasted quite old. Tuna had no color, basically grey. Salmon ok, but farmed not wild, so quality is sketchy and should not be served raw. Sushi rice lacked all flavor that sushi rice should be. Not shiny, and really tasted plain and seemed like cheap rice. Rolls excessively tiny and nigiri pieces were the smallest i have ever seen. Shrimp tempura roll was ok, but again tiny but probably the best thing we ate and it was just ok, as it had no flavor until you loaded it with wasabi and ginger and soy sauce. Pretty place to sit. Menu is lacking and boring. Says asian foods, not sure what they mean. Terrible vegetarian options. 2 rolls that are vegetarian and the third has egg in it, which a lot of vegetarians would not eat. Embarrassing really as one of our friends is vegan and she was disappointed. Sweet potato roll was mostly rice and again very very tiny. Food is pretty bad and really expensive for the very very tiny sushi and nigiri you get it. Mini portions for triple the price. 2 shrimp chips to start per person. Served in a basket way too big that makes you feel like they forgot to fill or someone ate half before it reached your table. Basically overall huge disappointment with the foods and service was just horrible. I would not go back. Thank you for your visiting and your time to give us feedback. It was such a pity when you have uncomfortable experience at our restaurant. We pride ourselves on the dishes we provide and your comment came as a surprise.
