...this is a smokehouse, so for some reason I expect American size portions. While the brisket was very tasty, it's not a massive helping. I looked at some other photos and probably should have gone with the burger.Staff are very good, reasonably quick although it can be hard to get their attention. Beers are cold but not a huge range, we stuck with Bintang.Like I said food was OK, and for the price probably about right, I just figured there would be a bigger meal.

Came in thirsty, had a couple of drinks and snacks. Decent, not overly exciting pubfood. Beers cold. Service prompt. Waitresses wore black T shirts with sleeves, so the hooter concept was far to be found.

The settings, the ambience and the staffs are all great. We were there just for a few drinks and to watch the LIVE band. They played songs from our era (we are in our 40s), which really makes us comfortable...Hahahahaha...The cocktails were done equally great. We enjoyed the morning coffees on level two of Cafe Batavia. The staff was helpful and patient in explaining the many different flavors of local coffees. Choose a window seat, spend time to soak in the ambience and watch the world pass by in this charming cafe.

Their fish and chips is delicious traditional fish and chips, otherwise they have others delightful fish and chips menu with local sambal (local spicy condiments) or appealing international seafood menu with paella or mashed potato. They also served kids menu, desserts and free flow drinks (selected items beverages menu).Restaurant decoration like a boat, container, sea side, blue, blue sky and it's attractive venue.About the price, it's quiet pricy but overall it's recommended.
