Stopped in after a few years and the food is out of this world. As it's name implies, it is a little diner, but it is HUGE on Mexican taste and flavor. Had tacos, but the burritos are also spectacular as well as the enchiladas. A little hard to finfd, but well worth the trip.

The standard salsa (their mildest) was too much for me. Traveling w/ friends and didn't notice the time passing. Waitress came by to let us know service was slower than usual and gave our group a complementary offering of guacamole, which ended up being very tasty. I ordered my usual preference - enchiladas. Ordered with the milder green sauce. Extremely good. Very satisfied. If I was a local, would certainly be coming back for more.

This is a little place in the middle of nowhere, famous among lovers of chile rellanos. Itâs worth going to. Not expensive, and definitely not pretentious. I like their rellano plate, which comes with 3 chile rellanos. Coincidentally, thatâs just the number you need if you want to try all three of their sauces. They have red, green, and chile con queso. I donât get rice and beans because I am after rellanos. If you are coming from or going to Las Cruces the drive along 28 is nice. It goes through pecan orchards and past an old Catholic Church.
