Reading all the fantastic reviews at tripadvisor I had reserved a table for this place, having great expectations. The service was very friendly, despite no knowledge of the English language (this is a place only locals come to, a fact we really liked) we were able to communicate with my limited Italian.Food: I ordered the "menu degustazione" which was ok. I was a bit disappointed, had I expected fantastic Italian kitchen but in fact my menu was/tasted a bit boring. My gf ordered some Antipasti which were really good, expect the "flan ti patate", again boring.Service: Really friendly and helpfull but very very slow. Our dinner took more than 2 hours as we had to wait long time inbetween the courses.Summary: Beautiful place with very friendly but slow service and mediocre to good food (and I am a foody...). We would have expected more and preferred to spent the 75 EUR (no wine and only one menu and 3 antipasti) at another nice Italian place, there are so many here in Jesolo...

A few locals suggested us this place. We were very disappointed by the owner and the employees. Not nice at all, impolite whenever we asked them something. We waited sooooo long for everything. The food was ok but the experience not at all. When we asked them twice to split the bill in two they told us it was not possibile. What?! We were 4 and we spend 60 euros each person and we cannot split the bill in two for payment? They should learn how to deal with people.

If I had not been taken here by friends of ours, going from how it looks outside I would never of eaten here . Thats because it looks quite shabby on the outside...but once you get inside you realise its quite an elegant place . Its also buzzing and full of people eating wonderful things. The menu is expansive and has on it just about every sort of seafood confection you can imagine. The service is swift the place is clean and obviously popular . While other places looked more chic from the outside they were empty ..... this restaurant was full. Our friends had razor clams , some of which they let me share , they were excellent , delicious fresh , home marinated sardines soar, a favourite of my darling's went down well . I had the stuffed crab .. While presentation was nothing exceptional the flavours were . We ordered a huge Rombo = Turbot to be oven baked , it was delicious . The tartar of tuna our friend had also looked good . This seems to be the most popular place in Jesolo to me and I don't wonder why . Its packed with locals who summer vacation in the area and those in the know. If I was proprietor of this establishment I would look into jazzing up the outside a bit , because its not a true reflection of the treasures inside . But then again maybe they don't want to encourage any hungry tourists ? My recommendation is be brave and try this famous place I hope to be back next year ....

It is a Warms place where You can have traditioal excellant foods but at the same time with a touch of innovation. Every dishes is very well belance between ariomas, taste And presentation. People are very friendly and service excellant . it seams to be at home .
