We ate here today for lunch. The restaurant is actually the dinning room for the Lakes and Ocean Hotel, with lovely views across the Wallis Lakes channel.Today we opted for the $12 "specials' and had a rump steak with mushroom sauce (an extra $2) and a spicy chicken tender burger. Each were cooked to perfection and were extremely flavoursome and tender. Served up with a lovely fresh batch of beer battered chips, a bottle of our favoured wine - Excellent value, taste and all!

Expensive drinks, closed at 820pm not 10pm didnt even get to have a look after eatting at the chinese restaurant so not very accomdating for summer tourists, I understand they wernt busy but there was nothing else in the area to walk to so we were dissapointed

Family had lunch and dinner here different days. Can not fault the food roast beef and pork melted in your mouth,cutlets where great and the snitties where just the right size. Staff where very friendly beer was great. Just one thing visitors the chalkboard specials in the dining room are members only, it doesn't stipulate that.

Breakers is a large bistro located within Sporties Tuncurry club and can be very busy during school holidays etc. It is well separated from the bars and pokies and is reasonably quiet if it's not too busy. The menu is extensive and there are black board specials as well. The food is very good and the servings are generous. The service is friendly and efficient but you have to order and pick up from the counter. The club in general is a great place for a cold beer and good food with great service throughout and at very reasonable prices.
