The restaurant is a small family-style diner, but the food is FANTASTIC! Highly recommended for:Appetizers: hummus or eggplant with pita breadLunch or Dinner Entres: gyro on pita or Santorini ChickenI can't recommend anything else yet because the above are so delicious that we have not ordered anything else!

Absolutely love this place! One our new favorites for sure. Chipotle style in the sense that you get to design our own bowl or pita. Absolutly no complaints will be returning soon!

We have been going to Athenaz for years for both breakfast, lunch and dinner for years but recently discovered that during the week, Mohammad, the owner, offers by one get one for his pitas, giro, chicken, etc. And they donât cost more than $10.95, with one of his excellent side dishes.

Entering the cafe it feels airy, yet warm and welcoming. Order at the counter and take a number to your table. We have enjoyed everything we have tried so far, especially the lemon chicken soup and their daily specials. The wonderful Baklava is from Hellas Bakery in Tarpon Springs.
