We stopped by here for dinner and both had spaghetti (carbonara and bolognaise), both were good sized portions and delicious. We also enjoyed a couple of glasses of the Bolivian wine at a very reasonable rate of 10B per glass. The owner is so friendly and smiley, and even shook our hands on the way out! Itâs a nice ambience too with candlelight and a cosy heater, perfect for cool nights.
As the name suggests, great saltenas available here. Saltenas are the local snack, great to have a few (yes they are small if you are hungry) and then keep going.

Interesting restaurant located in an old silver refinery nicely restored that makes a pleasant atmosphere. Menu with many choices and food well prepared. The negative aspects are the service inattentive and a bit slow and the freezing temperature, there was only a tiny gas heater by another table, while the stove by our table was fracasada!

The reviews of different restaurants in Potosi are so mixed we figured it was a crap shoot any where we went.We came upon the Coyote Grill with very low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. decor is tired southwest Tex Mex but the friendly owner suggested we try the Mexican specialties. His son, the chef actually went and studied in Mexico. My husband had the Chimichangas which were really excellent and I felt like a simple meal and Chile was very good.Prices were very inexpensive ( both entrees were 25 bob)and there was an extensive menu beyond the Mexican. Since the chef is a trained cook and judging from our experienceI would not hesitate to try other options.
