This near the subway line Olive Garden with a warm, homey décor successfully served warm comfort food to our group of 11 for lunch on a rainy Saturday. The warm wood and stone interior is inviting. Although we waited for the main courses (some low calorie options are available -- yippee!), every meal seemed freshly made and not from a stream table -- a big plus for me. Thus, I'd return after many years of not eating at the Olive Garden, but would avoid the family salad of uninteresting iceberg lettuce.

My family went to the Filippis Pizza Grotto in Santee Ca and had a great meal. We had the several meals which included Eggplant Parmigiana with Spaghetti, and 3 Half & Half menu items which included Ravioli & Lasagna, and Baked Manicotti. Filippis Meat sauce is so good and tasty. Their Garlic Bread was very good, and the Eggplant Parmigiana was SO GOOD ! We took so much food home that we ate on for 2 days. The restaurant was packed because it is great food especially for the price. Check it out !

I decided on the Monday night special which was half a lasagna, soup or salad, and garlic bread. The salad was ordinary but that lasagna, so good with amazing cheese pull! I can't imagine how big a normal size piece is because I couldn't finish this half piece. The garlic bread was good for slopping up sauce. Just delicious! I ordered a piece of raspberry cheesecake to take back to the hotel. It looks yummy! Definitely would come back. All this for $13.90, great bargain for great food!

Ottavios Italian Resturant is a great place to eat. Large portions and wonderful flavors. Nice wine selection also. We havenât ever ordered anything that wasnât just wonderful and they will even modify something if you donât want a certain ingredient. Great service here with friendly people.
