Loved the foie gras appetizer and cheese course. Both were outstanding and large portions. Wine pours (glass and flights) were generous. We really enjoyed the diver scallops and lamb chops entrees. Only downsides were a relatively small selection of bottles, close tables, and average bread. We enjoyed the ambiance of the dining room and will return.

The Cellar at The Stained Glass

We have been to this restaurant multiple times and the food is delicious. This particular evening was different. The hostess did not honor our high top seating request, which was on the reservation. I always order the lamb chops. This time they were anorexic. It was embarrassing. The bus boy kept hovering over our table to remove our salad which was not finished because our meal came out too soon. The service was not great.

Chef's Station

The perfect juxtaposition of lighthearted attitude and intense flavor in an atmosphere that proves fine dining doesn’t have to be uptight.

We've been to Chef's Station a number of times over the years. Our visit last night felt like a major step up in grade for the food. Chef's Station has also been known for well prepared comfort food with some fine dining touches. Last night changed that opinion. We were a group of four, and had three different appetizers and four different main courses. Each was excellently prepared and there was nothing left on any of our plates (and the portions were perfectly well sized). Our mains were a risotto, branzino, duck breast, and a pork chop. Each done very well (one of the best risottos I've ever had). Service was, as always, friendly, attentive, and flexible. The only downside is that the restaurant is not in a walk off the street location. You sort of have to know how to get in. But it's worth finding. We left talking about when we'd return.
