Never again after 15 years of good service ,new staff portions have shrunk service has gone to the dogs very very disappointed what a shame.Was the best in Doncaster now the worst sorry.We aim in training all our staff to have high customer service skills & all our fish is delivered fresh daily, along with other daily fresh preparations from our chefs / cooks & service staff. We ordered takeaway from these and was told it would be 45 mins, 1hr later our food arrived, we all had chips on our meal and these were cold and a bit soggy, one of the burgers looked really sloppy, no one enjoyed their food and usually we have when ordered previous times, the only thing that taste nice was the free garlic bread, think it will be a while before you order from her again, thatâs if we do.

Ordered 2 x chips cheese and chicken strips. The tub was half full of chips. The chicken strips were no bigger than a chicken nugget. Absolutely disgusting to charge £5 for such a small meal. Going downhill. Wonât order again

As a family we love going to happy cafe, great food, great staff and great price. We can eat while our little girl plays in the soft play area or in the outdoor play area. Mangment couldnât be any more helpful xxThank you so much for your lovely comments and we hope to see you all agsin very soon
