I stopped by here for lunch before continuing on to Oklahoma. I have not eaten here before, and they had three locations. I was at this location for lunch. The place is clean, modern looking and included outdoor patio. One orders the food up front and then given a number and sit where ever you want. I opted for the bar, since it was a high top seating. The drinks ordered (I had water) was poured at the bar area. I have to admit, it looks like a full bar, with fresh ingredients (rosemary, mint, basil, fresh fruit, even a place to add "smoke" to a cocktail. If I was staying in Wichita over night, I might have tried their cocktail menu. I order the falafel bowl, under $10. Bowl is a misnomer, it came on a platter and it was huge. I could have split this with another person. The dish came with my choice of salad, I went with Tabbouleh, hot side of eggplant, hummus and both traditional pita and crunchy pita. Interesting that the dish came with fork and spoon but not a knife. I mention this because the eggplant pieces were large and could have used to one to cut it. It was soft enough to use the fork to cut it, but a knife would have been appreciated. Otherwise, all the flavors were there and it was a good stop.Thanks for visiting us while traveling through, Carol! Loved this building from the 1930s, the architecture is lovely. We had an early reservation, cocktails delicious, we had the trio and a ceasar salad with chicken (ample portions!!!!!) wine and cocktail list is extensive, quick friendly service, would definitely eat here again. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is bright and cheerful in a very classy style. Full selection of liquor beautifully displayed from hanging shelves. Very comfortable chairs with cushions I could sit in for hours, which is what we did as we enjoyed a leisurely lunch with wine and dessert this week. A very extensive lunch menu including egg dishes, sandwiches, crepes, hot entrees, and soups. Also a side menu of specialties like the truffle fries and Parisian potatoes, both of which were excellent. I had Crepe Josephine, great flavor and ample portion. For dessert I had the chocolate torte that comes with fruit and mouse. Dessert was large and rich enough for 2.Other members of my party raved about their meals; bistro burger, chicken pollard entree, croque monsier, and french dip.The restaurant has capacity to seat outdoors in the summer months which would give you even better opportunity to replicate Parisian café feeling. I know Iâll come here next time Iâm in Wichita.
