French bistro serving authentic French recipes from 11:45am to 9pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Closed for Vacation in September.
My friends and I went to this wonderful petit French restaurant in a strip mall on E. Commercial Blvd, in Oakland Part.It is very small, we had no reservation, Saturday afternoon but they were kind enough to seat us. There is maybe 9 tables, it is very quaint, The owner Dedier is very helpful and charming, Mrs Dedier is a very friendly person and sweet. The food is out of this world, everything we had was excellent mussels and fries were wonderful, Escargot were wonderful, etc. I recommend this restaurant and will be back again. I recommend reservation to be made.Bonjour Patricia.Thank you very much for your review ! We are happy that you enjoyed your lunch. Also thank you for your recommendations.Looking forward to welcome you back !Just be aware, we will be closed for vacation starting Sept. 1st. Back on Friday, Sept. 20th for dinner, starting at 5pm.Merci beaucoup !!Andrea & Didier

I have been going here for 10+ years and 95% of the time I get the same thing: French dip with side of fries. It is roast beef with melted provolone on a French baguette or sometimes another delicious bread with dipping gravy on the side. It's addicting. FF are great too. Quaint restaurant with delicious desserts. Staff is friendly and efficient. Their escargot is also delicious if and when I change dishes which is rare.

The tiniest cutest restaurant in Florida
Our last night of vacation in Florida, including the Keys, so our last evening meal and this is why we loved Le Patio:1. I had a whole meal that didnât include anything that had been deep fried2. The food tasted excellent 3. The portion sizes meant I finished everything and was satisfied and didnât feel like I needed to have my stomach pumped afterwards4. They offer choices other than shrimp, steak, pizza or burgers and fried potatoes!5. The meal didnât feel like a race with the next course coming out with a decent break in-between 6. The waiter was a bit grumpy but sincere! What a lovely welcome change!7. You eat in a small city dark and intimate patio. Itâs dark and broody. 8. I had French onion soup followed by shepherds pie (strictly squeaking, this was cottage pie as it was made of mince beef, not lamb but Iâll let that go) and I could have licked the plate cleanIt wonât be to everyoneâs taste but if you want a welcomed change from the norm in Florida, I would highly recommend.P.S. no offence to Americans, your food is great and weâve loved eating shrimp, steak, pizza and burgers, but a change is as good as a rest as they say! ;-) lol ! love your review !! love my grumpiness !!! thank you for this , i will share this review !!

Sage is a favorite, Susan and I meet Hal and Connie here quite often, its even better on Monday & Tuesday for dinner specials two for one. The decor could be French, has a bar, a piano, tables and chairs, parking, an excellent staff. Hal likes the duck, I the salmon, the ladies everything (especially cocktails & deserts).
