I'm used to Chinese Buffets and not impressed. Went to rice bowl with son and family. The food was awesome. Quality and quantity unsurpassed. Food made to order. Asked about egg rolls and they make them fresh daily. Will be back again and again. Little out of the way. on the back side of city library and on second floor. Elevator or steps, your choice.

My friends love this Chinese restaurant. My raised expectations resulted in a luke warm first time experience. Well hidden in perhaps Bismarck's first mall, the egg drop soup was near boiling, the noodles were plain, and the environment was uninspiring.

I took 2 of my grandkids to this buffet for lunch for the first time 3 days ago. We were greeted and seated right away.I was happily surprised at the different selections of dishes they offered. Plus they tasted great. Of course my grandkids loved the ice cream for desert.I would definitely eat there again and I would recommend this restaurant to both family and friends.
