Very nice pizzas, the dough was perfect and the ingredients fresh! I'm from Napoli...and this was the best pizza I've ever had outside Naples. The service was great and prices very low. I strongly recommend it! We only went to this because we read it about it on trip advisor... Reviews were right!

We stopped here on the way to Lecce from Naples in the middle of October. Although the waitresses were wonderful (speaking fluent German, English, and some French), the food was atrocious. We started with the octopus (which was ok) and also ordered the meat tray with a pork chop, veal chop, and sausage.We can only guess that the chef was not present, because what came back was a burned pork chop, extremely rare veal chop, and partially cooked sausage. None of it was edible. We would have sent it back and asked not to pay for it, but we just wanted to get out, so we paid and left.

La Nuova Fregata located in the small street across the private houses. So, if you sit outside you will feel the smell of cats and dogs. Also, one extra task of oficiant was to scare local cats away from the tables. Service was not good. The quality of food was average, we tried many places across Italy and we have enough experience to compare with.

I was with some partners at this amazing pizza place,and I have seriously never eaten better pizzas.They only use organic and regional products and make it in a Woden pizza oven.the taste is amazing,if you're in the area it is definitely worth a visit
