The Good: location location locations, clean, quick, friendlyThe Bad: busy at timesThis is about the best you could ask for from a Starbucks in a train station. It's very nice to have a touch of home in Japan. The staff was excellent - polite and quick. The place was very neat and efficient. It can be busy but there you are. The Road Word: its worth a 50km train ride especially if you love Starbucks

Been to this place in the past. Baked goods are OK, similar to most other Japanese bakeries but a few good / unique things. Customer service stinks. It is non-existent. I sat down to have a coffee. I asked for 20 milliliters of cold milk for my coffee. The waiter said no and simply refused. I walked out and will never go back.
