We tried Jim's for the first time not long ago and had a good experience. We especially liked the decor inside the establishment. It is difficult leaving the South to find BBQ, hence the 3 rating; however, I believe that it is one of the best in the area. I will give Jim's another try.

I came in and got the brisket sandwich , French fries, coleslaw and some jalapeño poppers wrapped with bacon . The fries tasted good , the jalapeño poppers were great , the coleslaw was very very tasty and the brisket sandwich was ok...... was a little dry for my taste but the bun selection was great for the sandwich. I would come here and try something different next time . I will post pics

This is a typical sports bar. They have an sandwich called the armadillo ( ham, salami, pepperoni, cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion on a lovely toasted bread . Served with a creamy italian dressing. It was a great combo, a really good sandwich. The real surprise here was the excellent ONION RINGS.. Crisp, very crisp, with only a light batter. SOOOO GOOD!
