Nothing better than a hot bowl of pho with chicken and an appetizer of spring rolls! We tried the crepes for the first time and while not what we expected, they were very good. You can smell the wonderful aroma of fresh herbs and cooking from the parking lot! Good IPA type flavor Thai beer! Good service. Very enjoyable.

9 people on a work outing (Monday, Nov 13th) that started at 5:45, so it was not too busy. The first impression of our waiter was that he was great and so excited about the specials and what his favourite dishes were. Unfortunately, it quickly turned comical as he pretty much read out the entire menu and told us how wonderful everything was, which devalued what he said. It took forever to order our drinks and starters because we needed to wait until he finished telling us the ingredients and how they were cooked. Ordering the main dishes was just as lengthy, and although I can't fault his positive attitude and passionate feelings of the food, it meant that our dinner took 2 & 1/2 hours, which was more time than expected. He also told us that every extra we chose in our dish (e.g. broccoli or asparagus) was only 50 cents more, yet came out on the bill at 95 cents and also an additional dish charged that we never ordered or received. Mistakes happen, but it made us question the honesty. Although this experience was not positive, the food was excellent as always, and the restaurant itself is a great setting. I'm sure I'll return, but maybe the training can be improved.

We had the tasting menu with the pairings, and we’re so glad we did. The wine selections were incredible with each course. The food was inventive with simple ingredients to start, but each course was more complex. The combinations of the flavors were fantastic and surprising. Every course was our absolute favorite....until the next course arrived. The tenderloin was so good, I'm still angry about it. I have seen it mentioned that the portions are small, and I don't disagree. This is not a "stuff yourself" restaurant. At the end of the meal we were more than satisfied with the amount of food without being overfull, and throughout the meal, we were never so full that we weren't anticipating the next course. The service was great. Our server, Taylor, was friendly, quick, and offered insights on the food, which we always appreciate. She was busy, but also always attentive, and still took the time to explain each dish. The space is small and charming. It is more expensive, so it's definitely an adult atmosphere, perfect for slowing down, taking your time, enjoying your company, and relishing in every bite as part of a special occasion out.

This may be one of the restaurants I've visited the most in St. Louis. It's not the most authentic food. But it's still good. The service can be better though.
