It is well with a visit to Cerveteri just for a traditional meal at Aria, a new restaurant with wonderful food by chef Marco and ambience set by host Ariana. That said, the osteria is perfectly situated near the entrance to Cerveteri's beautiful centro storico (just at the bottom of the small hill leading up to the old town). Ariana bakes the wonderful bread herself. The pasta is perfection (the carbonara is expertly made with special attention to the texture of the eggs, and somehow not at all heavy). It's a joy just to while away the time before a good meal and very good wine; every detail has been designed and attended do to with care and love, from the architecture designed around ancient aqueducts in the back, to the lovely etchings placed in the tables. Don't miss this!

Locale piccolo ma molto fornito, vino e distillati. L'oste simpatico e molto professionale. Ottimo per un aperitivo o per una cena ...degustazioni accompagnate da ottimo cibo, Si possono acquistare anche prodotti ricercati e bio. Che dire: provatelo!!!consiglio di prenotare.

Un ritorno alle origini per così dire, perché tolta la musica, davvero un bel posto, ricavato da una grotta, ecco nascere un osteria di livello vecchio stampo, ce ne fossero...sono sparite! Si può degustare oltre ovviamente a bere non vini di etichetta, ma buoni, formaggi salumi e ascoltare musica in sottofondo. Semplice spartano e genuino. Un trionfo delle tradizioni che in generale sono ormai state spazzate via da finti wine bar...e bar con aperitivi commerciali come gli accostamenti culinari. Non do un voto più alto, perché oggettivamente è un elogio alla tradizione e chiamarlo osteria del vino o inventare qualcosa in dialetto è di certo più appropriato, inoltre la qualità non è sempre conforme alla quantità prezzo. Uno stimolo spero a migliorare, non certo una critica o simile, anzi invito tutti a provarlo, di certo tornerete se non cenando per un bicchiere e un assaggio, un aperitivo di buona qualità prima di cena. Consigliato e di sicuro tornerò volentieri..magari trovo un altra insegna più rustica...Caronte...però è bello...Andate!
