This beautiful restaurant offers several lunch specials for $10.95. Ia well done Miso soup started the meal. I chose the Teryaki Chicken and it was delicious served on a bed of perfectly cooked onions and (I think) cabbage. A fresh and crisp salad, three pieces of tempera veg, two pieces of California roll and two pieces of fried balls finished out the box. Everything was delicious. The wait staff were friendly.

Hibachi, Sushi, and Saki

We ended up at this little spot late on a Friday night. We searched for a local Hibachi restaurant and Nosoo was the only one open past 10pm. No crowds and very quaint. The Hibachi was entertaining and delicious. Our beers were served in a chilled glass. BONUS! My only recommendation would be fried dumplings on the appetizer menu other than that we had a great experience.
