This is the place to get the best traditional meat selection for this part of the country. The way they cook it is different, the way they serve the dishes, just everything is unique and perfectly traditional. This is not a chain restaurant or in any way modified than the traditional way this meat has been served for hundreds of years. This is the best place to eat in Yopal.

Neither of us thought this "express" location of Carbon y Vino gave us much in service or quality of food to think this was a place that we would return to. The even served you drink in a flimsy plastic cup. The menu was a full menu but I was disappoint in the BBQ ribs that I had, not much meat for the price.

Fuimos aquà muchas veces durante nuestra estancia en Yopal. Las Hamburguesas son muy buenas y el restaurante tiene muy buenos precios.Puedes sentarte afuera comer tu hamburguesa y beber una cerveza bien frÃa.Los servicios son buenos y rápidos.
