We had there a family celebration, so we were quite excited about how the restaurant will be good as we had heard only good references.Anyway the interior and outdoor environment was clean and quite average, but nothing that you can feel bad about. Restaurant is part of a large area that consist from a chapel, an accommodation building, a swimming pool, a football or tennis playground and a beach volleyball playground, so it might be crowdy sometimes. It is quite outside the town, so near are only woods and itâs very quiet there. The service was so so at many ways. The waiter serving us was somehow weird, his look or behaviour wasnât comfortable to me despite he tried to be professional anyway. Just one really stupid mistake they made, we had ordered a cake in pastry shop from the same owner as the restaurant, so we were expecting it to come in one piece with a knife, but they served it to us already sliced, so therefore no greetings written on top could be seen at all. That was not good at all.The food was quite okay, I guess it might be better, but it could be even worse of course.

Weâve been travelling all around the world for last 4 years, eaten at hundreds of restaurants off all kinds - this one is one of the best. And itâs in my (almost) home town :-) What a great surprise! Well done, Vrchlabi.Food is amazing. Glass of house malbec very good. Service - thatâs what it should look like. Pleasant, friendly, helpful, easy going, not in your face. Can you teach some of your competitors please? We are here for another two weeks. Weâll be back a few times to taste the rest of the menu.

As an American, I was really surprised and impressed by the quality of the burgers (tender meat with good seasoning, the combination of bread, sauces and salad/vegetable were perfect). Great job guys. The staff was really focused on the service and always there to help. About the management I'm delighted, Martin is very friendly and for the most part involved in the day to day activities, which made very pleasant for me and my fiancé to interact with him. Highly recommended
