I was very much looking forward to my visit to Gusto steakhouse based on the excellent reviews on tripadvisor. The steakhouse itself boasts a pleasant and relaxing environment, service was excellent and the young Chef was clearly loving his job - a sight for sore eyes! My partner and I both ordered the wagyu burger Kobe style. We were completed baffled however by how this went wrong... both our burgers were raw on the inside and charred on the outside, and the meat was not seasoned whatsoever. Flavors were derived from the mayonnaise and ketchup added to the burger. Same goes for the buns. A large slice of raw tomato and onion was included on the burger, but I personally prefer my onions sautéed before adding them as an ingredient, not cold. French fries on the side were actually very tasty.Dunno what happened, must have been bad luck that evening. But there is just no excuse for ruining excellent meat...

Was there twice for business lunch and I only can recommend this place. Ok, you have to getting used to the view (petrol station) but the interior decoration is beautiful and a bit cosy. The meat is really wonderful - you should taste it!
