A very original soup with a quenelle of pecorino and lemon followed by beautiful tagliatelle with cod. Lovely local house red wine which complemented the pasta surprisingly well. Must also mention the grissini flavoured with wild fennel - never had these before and they were kind enough to pack some up for me to take home. A class act in beautiful surroundings - simple but with great style.Very kind,thanks for the magnificent compliments to our dishes, but even more for the beautiful description of the whole and for having emphasized our behavior. This kind of so-called American place, if wants to represent the US food burger industry ought to have made more research. Indeed, where in the US would you expect making a reservation vs. making sure that everyone that comes in are served, quickly, and with the best possible burger. The Italians behind this franchise, have completely missed the concept, where today all the orders are made by Wi-Fi and by wireless reception directly to the kitchen, so that every one are served promptly, and does not need a reservation. Finding raviolis in the menu is an insult to the Italian culinary industry and serving burgers as large as a pizza is another insult. A place to avoid if one wants to eat a good burger. Not the American burger dream one would expect.
