Nice new family run restaurant with good atmosphere, outstanding comfort food and family friendly. Outside seating with kids play area. Inside find a dining area and a cozy separate sports bar. Nice coffee station and a wood burning pizza oven.

AVOID at all costs. Consider any other options in town, The Dolphin in Glenmore is a far superior option. We ordered our drinks and meal, to wait 25 mins for a beer. When speaking to other customers it seems to be a norm. Then our food took over an hour and when we saw meals come out, our meal was forgotten to be placed and we informed kitchen was closed. A Xmas eve disaster! We managed to speak to the owner Bernard, who gave us unacceptable excuses and a serious lack of any action taken.

Had dinner at Ramsey Gardens during our weekend away in Port Edward with my Wife.Ordered Calamari rings and Dorado as the available line fish. Simply delicious. Well prepared. Medium. One of the best prepared and tasty line fish. Service was a bit on the slow side but was worth the wait.

This should be a reliable, family restaurant. This particular Spur is located in the Wild Coast Sun resort. Iâd avoid it and rather dine elsewhere.The service is very good which is a shame because the kitchen let the serving staff down because they cannot plan when to prepare and send food out. All our drinks arrived except the kids drinks which arrived 20 mins later.Our meals arrived in the same fashion as if we were sitting in a roadside eatery in Asia where food comes out as it is prepared. The sour cream for my potato arrived after Iâd finished my potato. My sons water to clean his hands after his ribs arrived 15 mins after he finished eating. Iâd already used wet wipes to get him cleaned up. Our complete meals arrived within 10 mins of each other. Two meals were stone cold so had to be sent back - even when they were brought back out, they were brought back at separate times. Our food itself - once it arrived and was warm enough to eat was very nice.Iâd like to be fair and say that we did complain to Spur customer care and were offered a meal at the restaurant or another one in SA to compensate for how badly things went. The customer care of Spur were efficient and clearly will do anything to keep the customer happy.
